Registration is $75 and all proceeds will go to the development of Simsim Kitchen’s cookbook. Simsim Kitchen’s cookbook will show a beautiful tapestry of the different cultures in Lebanon – Palestinian, Armenian, Syrian, and of course, Lebanese. Right now, the Simsim team is collecting family stories and recipes across the country.
