Palestinian Civil Defense, which provides lifesaving emergency services—including firefighting, paramedic care, and search-and-rescue operations—in Bourj al-Barajneh refugee camp, the southern suburbs of Beirut, and other communities affected by bombings and fires.
Simsim Kitchen, which is creating a cookbook celebrating Lebanon's rich cultural diversity through Armenian, Palestinian, Syrian, and Lebanese family recipes, preserving stories and traditions alongside the food.
Ahlam Lajea, which provides meals and mental health support for displaced Palestinian and Lebanese families from southern Lebanon.
Wing Woman, which distributes reusable menstrual pads and diapers to displaced women and families in 11 shelters across Lebanon, helping meet essential health and hygiene needs.
